Roles & responsibilities
Extensive delivery of technical training sessions.
Develop/customise available training programmes as per the needs of the business and obtain a strong understanding of what these are;
Gain understanding of all ISQM policies including applicability of all DCD’s on applicable courses, be accountable and for the controls (ISQM1) related to technical training deployment and monitoring at KRC
Take responsibility for the implementation and operation of all controls contained in the L&D process.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development programs to promote a culture of continuous development;
Ensuring that the training room, invites, pre/post course, facilitator retain booking are done on a timely basis
Manage the effectiveness of e learning and Global Learning Management System (GLMS) system and ensure timely allocation and completion of courses (including pre/post) within stipulated timelines for business units.
Manage training related work which includes preparation andfinalization of nominations, holding calls with the facilitators toensure that the trainers are well versed with the content andresolve query wherever required, maintenance of pre/post coursestatus tracker etc;
Maintain and update training curriculum and course material asand when required;
Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly/quarterly MIS;
Ensure ongoing compliance with UK Learning policies and othermember firm policies wherever applicable processes by [readingcommunication updates, reading the portal, asking for additionalcoaching, attending regular catch ups]
Support the course manager in the deployment of theirrespective MF
Assist in planning of the training calendar and managing relatedlogistics;
Coordinate with other location to ensure smooth planning anddelivery of training session;
Assist course manager in the review new courses and tailor themin accordance with KRC requirement
Manage day to day L&D operations effectively and efficiently byensuring that the deadlines are met
drive best practices and standardization across locations inrespective business units
Have sufficient knowledge of audit methodology includingknowledge of KAEG as relevant to the areas I amfacilitating/reviewing, performing my own research and learningas required.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.
Work Experience
Relevant experience in resource management for 6-10 years.
