The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address client’s business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to lead a team.

Your Role:

• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications 
• Design, hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications 
• Resolve functional and technical issues
• Be an active member within Capgemini’s Oracle technology communities

Your Skills And Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 Years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll end to end implementation experience.
• Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Candidates with HR with Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Fast Formula with multi-Org experience would be preferred.
• Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate), Agile methodology and act as lead for Cloud Payroll Implementation
• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to a team based both in the US and India
• Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player.
• Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills
• Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
• Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design
• Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
• Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design
• Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope
• Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer
• Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested.
• Nice to Have Skills:
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community • 
• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
• Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including Compensation, Learning, Talent Management or Helpdesk.
• Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
• Oracle Cloud Certifications would be preferred ----- Programming Development Manager (PDM)-
