  • About the job you are considering:

As a Senior Manager in SAP SD/OTC and Service Management, you will lead complex, cross-functional SAP initiatives that drive customer-centric transformation and operational excellence. You will serve as a strategic advisor and solution architect, overseeing the full lifecycle of SAP implementations and enhancements, with a focus on integrating service management capabilities into the order-to-cash process. This role combines delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and innovation in SAP S/4HANA.

Your Role:

  • Lead the design, delivery, and governance of SAP SD/OTC and Service Management solutions and deployments.
  • Define and implement service-centric business processes including service orders, contracts, warranties, returns, and repairs.
  • Oversee solution architecture for SD modules: order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and delivery.
  • Integrate SM processes with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules to enable seamless service execution and financial reconciliation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, functional design, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage offshore teams, third-party vendors, and cross-functional project resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and leverage ITIL-aligned tools such as ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Provide thought leadership on SAP innovations, roadmap planning, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants and client teams in SAP SD/SM capabilities and delivery excellence.

Your Skills And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 12-15+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations in SD/OTC and 4+ years in SAP Service Management.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale SAP programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SD and SM configuration in S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong understanding of service order management, repair processing, service contracts, and integration with logistics and finance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
  • SAP certifications in SD or S/4HANA are a plus.
