Worley NZ is providing four scholarships to students who are New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents, enrolling in their second year of full-time study in 2026, working towards a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree. These scholarships are intended for students who study in one of the following disciplines:
- Chemical, Process & Materials
- Civil / Structural
· Mechanical
· Mechatronics
· Electrical & Electronics
The Scholarships will be paid in annual instalments of $1,250.00 per year. Scholarship recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress in one of the eligible engineering disciplines. Upon completion of their third year, successful candidates may be offered professional work experience. Graduates will also be considered for full-time employment through Worley’s graduate engineering program.

Scholarship recipients, as well as any additional exceptional candidates, will be appointed a mentor from the Worley Graduate Development Program to support them throughout their time at university –your mentor will help you “Rise to the Challenge”.

· A personal statement that tells us who you are and what led you to pursue an engineering career. This could be submitted as a written statement or a video (or any other way to showcase you.). Your personal statement may include:
o A brief summary of your upbringing.
o What makes you an ideal scholarship candidate.
