Your Role

We are hiring an experienced and motivated IT Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the technology infrastructure that powers our operations. You’ll ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems, networks, and devices—supporting both day-to-day functionality and long-term strategic goals. Working closely with teams, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, implement system upgrades, and help drive the adoption of secure, scalable IT solutions that keep our organization connected and productive.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement upgrades to ensure reliability and security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and applications.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and support activities.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.


Requirements

  • B​achelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network protocols, and enterprise software.
  • Experience with hardware installation, system imaging, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and remote support tools.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, antivirus, and data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to manage IT inventory, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
