About The Role
The Customer Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
- Understanding alarm-usage drivers and their impact on business KPIs (e.g., churn, upsell, etc.).
- Identifying initiatives to bridge the gap between expected and real alarm usage.
- Analysing portfolio pricing performance with focus on retention policies.
- Identifying key opportunities in products and services that we need to invest in to continue innovating based on customer behaviour (e.g., attrition profile, system usage, etc.).
- Aligning stakeholders (e.g., local Customer Marketing teams) on a shared roadmap with prioritized initiatives.
This role will require a deep understanding of:
- Our business model.
- Our value proposition (e.g., Products & Services) and operating model (e.g., Security Procedures).
- Our customers’ needs and demands.
You Will Get To:
- Work hand in hand with our countries to design and implement alarm-usage strategies aligned to their local realities.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure the achievement of shared objectives.
- Work together with Product Development team to ensure that our value proposition and innovation are aligned with our portfolio needs.
- Ensure accomplishment of the established goals to increase alarm usage.
- Establish and maintain good communication with our local Customer Marketing teams.
Candidate Profile
Experiences And Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
- 2-3 years of experience in leading consulting firms or start-up environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics, or other analytical field.
- Multi-national and multi-cultural environment experience.
The role will be a great fit for someone who has:
- Strong analytical skills to drive insights through metrics presenting conclusions effectively, and demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data.
- Reliability – ability to produce work of very high quality on a timely manner, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and apply highly relevant commercial judgment to business decisions.
- Effective time project management skills.
- Agility – able to mange uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism. Knows how to get things done in ambiguous, executive settings.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability and willingness to work effectively at both the strategic and operational levels.

Location
The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with Pan European travel expected.
