Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila, PH
Client Location: Sydney, Australia (work schedule follows PH timezone)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is a Sydney-based real estate agency dedicated to helping homeowners, first-home buyers, and investors maximise the value of their properties across the City of Ryde and surrounding suburbs. They pride themselves on delivering personalised service, innovative marketing, and results-driven strategies that set them apart from other agencies.

They are seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong social media skills who can plan, create, edit, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms to grow the company’s online presence and brand awareness.



Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and manage 30 posts per month across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Write compelling captions, select effective hashtags, and ensure posts reflect the brand voice.
  • Design and edit engaging graphics and short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Schedule and publish posts via Meta Business Suite (and other tools as required).
  • Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and growth trends; prepare simple monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and propose fresh ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner and local community to execute content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns.

  • Scheduling & Publishing: Meta Business Suite
  • Social Media Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio required).
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, growth strategies, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in editing tools for both static and video content.
  • Excellent written communication skills for captions and brand-aligned copy.
