This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week) Tuesday to Saturday 2:00pm-11:00pm PST (1 hour unpaid break)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and persuasive closer who thrives on turning warm leads into loyal customers. This role blends customer service with sales, you’ll be the person answering questions, building trust, handling objections, and ultimately closing deals.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospects via phone, email, or chat.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and match them to the right product or service.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and close sales confidently.
• Maintain excellent communication and professionalism with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide product knowledge and after-sale support, escalating issues when needed.
• Track daily activities, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Hit or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or closing deals (experience in high-ticket sales is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills — both listening and speaking.
• Comfortable handling objections and moving conversations toward a close.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and able to work with CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
• Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
