This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am -5 pm | Wisconsin (Central Time)Paid hours per week: 40 Hours
Responsibilities
QuickBooks & Financial Support
- Maintain and update QuickBooks for accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Generate financial reports to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Administrative & Customer Support
- Assist customers in preparing applications for insulation job approvals from partner programs.
- Manage and organize customer files and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about services.
General Office Administration
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support the team in various administrative functions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
