This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am -5 pm | Wisconsin (Central Time)
Paid hours per week: 40 Hours


Responsibilities

QuickBooks & Financial Support

  • Maintain and update QuickBooks for accurate financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Generate financial reports to assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Administrative & Customer Support

  • Assist customers in preparing applications for insulation job approvals from partner programs.
  • Manage and organize customer files and documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about services.

General Office Administration

  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support the team in various administrative functions as needed.


Requirements


  • Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
