  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
