We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd as a Platinum Relationship Manager in our Branch Banking-Relationship Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued household clients, offering them a personalized and exclusive banking experience. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the bank's success and help us achieve our growth objectives.

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high-net-worth household clients.

Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Offer personalized banking solutions, including wealth management, investment advice, and tailored financial products.

Ensure exceptional client service by promptly addressing queries and providing timely support.

Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to provide insightful advice to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless cross-selling opportunities and enhance client experiences.

Conduct regular client reviews and provide periodic performance updates to maintain transparency.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client relationships, ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Participate in networking events and industry forums to expand the bank's presence and client base.

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.

Proven track record of successfully managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the household segment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.

Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and networking events.

A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
