Google Cloud Technology Lead

In this role, you'll partner with our senior leadership to define the future of our cloud capabilities, mentor a growing team of engineers, and deliver strategic, high-impact solutions. You’ll also work closely with our sales and go-to-market teams to help bring bold ideas to life.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead from the front — Drive high-value Google Cloud engagements and mentor our growing technical team through project execution and solution delivery.
• Be the technical voice — Join client conversations, present architectural solutions, and communicate the value of Google Cloud with clarity and confidence.
• Drive delivery excellence — Ensure end-to-end quality in everything we deliver, from technical solutions to client experiences.
• Fuel growth — Partner with sales and marketing to support pre-sales efforts, deliver demos and POCs, and co-develop sales assets and proposals.
• Stay ahead — Keep up with Google Cloud innovations and champion modern practices and emerging technologies within our delivery teams.
• Empower others — Recruit, mentor, and develop cloud engineers to strengthen our practice and culture.
• Grow strategic partnerships — Deepen our relationship with Google and represent us at industry events, partner sessions, and conferences.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, cloud delivery, or solution architecture, with a strong focus on Google Cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to build trust with enterprise clients, lead delivery teams, and provide hands-on technical leadership.
• Strong background in business development, proposal creation, and pre-sales strategy, bonus if you’ve sold or supported digital transformation or cloud migration deals.
• Deep understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem and its offerings (Compute, GKE, BigQuery, etc.).
• Track record of delivering end-to-end cloud solutions in mid-market or enterprise environments across Canada.
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, you know how to build, scale, and lead without losing sight of the details.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
