In This Position...
The team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Analyst to support the Digital Cabin Product team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of product initiatives, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within our fast-paced environment. The Product Operations Analyst will be instrumental in optimizing our product development lifecycle, from initial ideation through execution and iteration, contributing directly to the success of Digital Cabin and Integrated Services goals.
What You'Ll Do...
- Support project management activities for the Digital Cabin Product team.
- Coordinate and track Digital Cabin project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and procedures, ensuring consistent project delivery in support of Digital Cabin and Integrated Services goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Support all Digital Cabin Product Managers to effectively plan and manage complex, cross-functional projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business, and marketing, to gather feedback and align product priorities to ensure project success.
- Develop streamlined communication and feedback channels for Digital Cabin to ensure transparency, awareness, knowledge, adoption, and recognition of product priorities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and documentation.
- Increase consistency and efficacy across teams, aligning to workforce strategy and business priorities.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support in tracking product metrics and project success, identifying areas that need attention.
- Create and map quarterly Program Increment (PI) plans and support roadmap management.
- Curate dashboards within Jira or other tools to showcase and track progress towards product goals and deliverables.
- Own and drive changes within the Digital Cabin Jira project, intaking improvement ideas and tracking idea progression.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Digital Cabin product team.
You'Ll Have...
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role within a product-centric organization.
- 2+ years of experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- 2+ years of experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- 1+ years of experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and dashboard creation.
Even better, you may have...
- Experience in Product Operations or a Product Manager support role.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- An understanding of the automotive or connected services industry.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders.
