The Junior Product Manager Is The Key Person That Drive The Execution Into The Territory For The Brands & Partners Strategy.

The Role Manages Directly Or Indirectly The Brand & Partner Strategy Trying To Maximize The Opportunity For The Brands And Partners In The Market And For Epay.

Requirements

Your Tasks:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for new and existing content providers, working closely with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics, Finance)
• Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored marketing and communication plans for each assigned content provider
• Drive and align brand strategies, ensuring consistent collaboration between local teams and the global content team

Your Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company
• Previous experience in the service industry; background in Digital/Tech/Gaming/Entertainment is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills across different audiences
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to set priorities and re-prioritize as needed to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Solid soft skills: project management, planning and organization, attention to detail
• Native Italian speaker and excellent written and spoken English skills
