Distribution Associate, Victoria
- Drive growth across Fidante’s suite of investment products by supporting strategic sales activity and nurturing strong client relationships in the Southern Region.
- Partner with BDMs to deliver seamless execution — from managing fund manager visits and Salesforce insights to coordinating client communications and RFPs.

About The Role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Southern Region Sales Team in driving growth across the Fidante Partners suite of products. You’ll represent the Fidante brand with professionalism, building and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients. Working closely with Distribution Managers, you’ll help deliver strategic sales initiatives, coordinate fund manager visits, manage Salesforce analytics, and ensure the seamless execution of administrative and client-focused activities.
By managing Fidante client queries and partnering with the Client Service team to deliver client RFPs, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the team’s effectiveness and supporting the success of our boutique fund managers.
Fidante’s Distribution team partners with financial intermediaries to grow funds under management. We’re a highly engaged, collaborative, and results-driven group, passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients and boutique partners.
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Sales Analytics & Reporting – Prepare and compile sales analytics on an ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly basis to support decision-making.
- Client & Adviser Support – Assist with ad-hoc client requests via phone or email and manage inbound adviser inquiries through the Fidante Distribution inbox.
- Marketing & Campaign Execution – Work closely with Fidante Marketing to implement targeted campaigns for adviser networks.
- Operational & Sales Support – Enhance service to boutique partners by providing operational support in the Southern Region and assisting in achieving national sales targets through lead follow-ups.
- Strategic Sales Activity – Support boutique fund manager sales and collaborate with Senior Distribution Managers to drive strategic sales efforts for allocated accounts and boutique funds.
- Account & Relationship Management – Maintain strong engagement with Fidante clients, ensuring a collaborative and supportive approach within the team.
- Administrative & CRM Support – Assist the Senior Distribution Manager and broader team with administrative tasks, including Salesforce analytics and client RFPs coordination in partnership with the Fidante Client Service team.
- Rebate & Portfolio Management – Collaborate with Fidante Product teams to execute rebate platform agreements and generate portfolio analytics for adviser sales and portfolio construction.
About You:

You’re adept at managing relationships, providing exceptional service, and navigating the complexities of financial products.
- Strong Understanding of Financial Markets – Ability to navigate market trends and investment products effectively.
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with key dealers, advisers, and target markets.
- Product Expertise – Understanding of financial products commonly used by advisers.
- Sales Experience – Background in a sales-driven environment, with a focus on client engagement.
- Regulatory Compliance – RG146 compliant, ensuring adherence to financial industry regulations.
- Relevant Education – Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or a related field.
- Funds Management Experience – Previous exposure to the funds management industry, enhancing product and market insights.
