The Performance Improvement Healthcare Consulting team helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainable results by addressing margin erosion through targeted improvement strategies. By aligning strategic, operational, and financial initiatives, they identify opportunities and support leadership in implementing impactful changes. With a focus on strengthening margins, the team empowers providers to fulfill their mission and thrive in today’s evolving healthcare environment.
What You Will Do: 

• Lead the oversight of data acquisition, validation, benchmarking, and analytics to support diverse initiatives including operational consulting, compensation compliance (e.g., fair market value assessments), compensation design, and transactional evaluations.
• Apply deep industry knowledge and benchmarking expertise to conduct fact-based analyses, normalize complex datasets, and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Direct strategic, operational, and financial analyses for both employed physicians and independent group practices, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Spearhead the development of key project deliverables including project plans, implementation roadmaps, communication strategies, and financial models; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of solution implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration across teams.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Healthcare related field
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience 
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: hospital-physician service arrangements, provider employment models, compensation structures and methodologies, clinic operations and workflow optimization, Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments, and physician reimbursement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree
• Prior consulting experience
• Experience in PowerBI or Tableau
