In This Role, You Will:
- Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation, and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project.
- Effectively estimates costs, timescales, and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
- Develops and manages defined communication channel(s) and/or stakeholder groups, proactively seeking to clear any blockers or obstacles in service delivery
- Works with delivery teams to make decisions about tools, methods and approaches. Reviews and develops standards and procedures for the effective integration and deployment of systems.
- Works directly with Business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.
- Provides advice and guidance to systems development and service delivery staff on the capability needs for the region they represent and the technologies they specialize in.
- Perform in country DTS lead with demonstrated skills and capability to assist team members and users on IT related issues/ problems, maintaining records and advising relevant persons of actions taken.
- Augment global DTS helpdesk services with ‘hands & feet’ support, taking lead at local sites to work or hand-off to other teams, escalating user issues towards prompt resolution.
- Lead and carries out assigned DTS infrastructure tasks associated in operating, maintaining, tracking and disposing IT devices, following prescribed standards and equipment life cycle.
- Lead and performs due diligence for internal control, financial and procurement compliance.
- Stakeholder Management, build trust as a valuable member of the local business organization, very strong influencer in implementing DTS projects.
- Lead onsite technical support in meeting business driven KPIs and provides recommendation for operations optimization.
- Be the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) to local onsite and have full responsibility in providing clear directions as well as prioritizations on projects and operational matters.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated skills
- Experience managing IT services and with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, KPIs
- Experienced in ITIL, Project Management and Agile framework
- Held prior accountabilities that required influencing customers outside of administrative authority
- Understands and is familiar with IT Infrastructure capability and delivery process(es)
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong leadership and service delivery skills
- Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations and very customer focused
- Broad range of business and IT experiences; Has achieved technical and/or business certification(s), like ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, PMP or any job related.
- Very good inter-personal and communications skills with demonstrated ability to listen and provide guidance
