Recruitment Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Leave Contract)

This is a 12-month maternity leave contract based in Perth CBD, offering you the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment for a leading organisation.
About The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage the mobilisation of labour resources to meet project objectives and client expectations. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring team members are prepared, compliant, and ready for site mobilisation. From managing logistics to performing compliance checks, you will play a significant part in enabling successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners to mobilise new employees in alignment with specific project needs.
- Allocate labour resources for various shutdowns and projects using the MyPass candidate pool.
- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities, including inductions, accommodation bookings, and travel arrangements, while adhering to company and client policies.
- Facilitation of all pre-requisite site requirements including reference checks, medicals, D&A testing
- Verify qualifications and pre-mobilisation requirements to ensure personnel compliance.
- Provide travel itineraries and assist with all site-access requirements.
- Produce progress reports for Project and Site Managers as required.
- Support HR processes, recruitment activities, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., Recruitment, HR, Training) and external stakeholders such as training providers and client representatives.

Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or similar (advantageous)
- Proven experience mobilising in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Previous experience in the Resources or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with industry training requirements (e.g., compliance, site inductions).
- Site experience and knowledge of MyPass (advantageous).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and see tasks through from initiation to completion.
- Experience supporting multi-functional stakeholders.
