Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their thermal management challenges and requirements.
- Develop and present comprehensive cooling and thermal solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site surveys.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Support the technical evaluation process and assist in project negotiations.
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Keep updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors’ offerings.
- Assist in project management activities, including system design, installation guidance, and commissioning.
- Liaise with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in thermal management, cooling systems, or related fields, preferably within data centers or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions, precision air conditioning, CRAC/CRAH units, and thermal design principles.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consultancy, or solution architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to thermal management and energy efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD or thermal modeling software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
