In this role at Abacus Medicine, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily People & Culture administrative processes, maintaining accurate employee data and supporting key P&C activities such as onboarding, contractual documentation, and occupational health management. This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience through precise administration and effective communication.
We Would Like You To:
- Maintain close contact with prospective employees, support the onboarding process from an administrative perspective;
- Assist the Specialist's work by preparing employment contracts, other supplements and documents for contract conclusion;
- Assist the Specialists in scheduling appointments and during field examinations and prepare the referrals required for participation in the examination based on the booking table;
- Participate in informing employees (ACCESS, Viva Engage, other platforms), manage their daily inquiries and holding weekly reception hours;
- Store and collect data and records in HRIS, keeping them up to date;
- Keep statistics and prepare reports upon request;
- Manage and archive physical documentation in accordance with GDPR regulations;
- Cooperate with employees, organization leaders, various departments and external partners during their work.
What we need you to have:
- At least high school diploma (BA’s degree in the field of humanities, social sciences or related field is an advantage);
- Intermediate English skills, both spoken and written;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs;
- Previous experience in any field of administration (working experience with HRIS systems or other database is an advantage);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to follow and continuously improve HR administrative workflows;
- Comfortability in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
- Independence, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- Responsive, supportive attitude toward employees, managers, and external partners.
