Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in managing complex technology projects, particularly in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a strategic mindset focused on achieving tangible results within defined timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, managing resources, priorities, and conflicts effectively.
- Oversee the implementation of information systems and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Anticipate risks and proactively define mitigation plans to ensure project resilience and operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing transparency on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Information Systems Management and experience in systems implementation processes.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects successfully.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating technical teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within technology and Infrastructure/Cybersecurity contexts.
- Previous experience collaborating on projects within large organizations is a plus (experience with Galp projects will be valued).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Jira, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Portuguese: Fluent (spoken and written)
