About The Role

As the BDR Manager, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives responsible for generating high-quality pipeline for the sales organization. You’ll play a hands-on role in strategy, process optimization, and individual coaching to ensure your team consistently exceeds targets.

This is a leadership position that combines data-driven decision-making with the ability to motivate and develop people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of SDRs/BDRs, driving performance against key KPIs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a fast ramp to productivity.
  • Develop and refine outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
  • Monitor activity metrics, pipeline creation, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular, actionable feedback through 1:1s, call reviews, and team training sessions.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure smooth lead handoffs and maximize close rates.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales development.

What We'Re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years in a BDR/SDR role, plus at least 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial position.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team pipeline targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong,6 Sense.)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize processes.
