Responsibilities
Develop business strategies and models to attract and retain content agencies, enable them to produce high-quality entertainment content and guarantee production capacity.
Design the execution and management of creator programs, including directing operation team outreach, providing incentives, and educating and supporting key vertical creators.
Research and gather user needs and pain points to identify opportunities for operational improvements and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
Manage key creator lists and allocate resource delivery.
Design creator monetization strategies, including platform pay, user pay, and advertiser pay.
Apply data-driven analysis to align brand deals to high-value entertainment creators.
Mentor junior-level team members.
