At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

1. Data Monitoring and Diagnosis
- Build and maintain a real-time dashboard for agent advertising spending, and conduct attribution analysis on agent performance differences (by country/industry/product dimension);

2. Business Analysis Support
- Identify growth opportunities for high-potential agents;
- Track the progress of commission incentive policies, etc;

3. Other monetization-related operational tasks for non-China advertising business.
