Responsibilities
Support the recruitment, acquisition, and on-boarding of merchants to build strategic partnerships and optimize platform growth.
Develop innovative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term business goals and strategize platform resources to achieve shared business objectives.
Gather and analyze market and industry trends to assist partners in maximizing platform campaigns.
Create execution strategies and facilitate day-to-day marketing plans to drive partner success.
Coordinate logistics with fulfillment systems to improve processes and ensure on-time delivery compliance.
Devise project roadmaps, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency, transparency, and adherence to standards across the organization.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and facilitate data-driven decision-making by presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior managers and leadership.
Develop training programs to drive adoption of platform tools.
