About The Job
As a Product Manager at Telavox, you will define and drive the vision, KPIs, and roadmap for one of our core product areas, such as collaboration tools, integrations and APIs, or contact center capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and experiences that create real value for our customers and partners.
You will join at a critical moment in our transformation, moving from a delivery-focused model to an outcome-driven product organization. That means you will have the opportunity to influence how we build products, measure success, and grow our product culture.
Your Day-To-Day Work May Include:
- Defining and owning the vision, KPIs, and roadmap for your product area
- Translating customer and partner needs into clear product opportunities
- Partnering with engineering and design to deliver features and experiences
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic bets
- Engaging with operators, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure adoption
- Tracking and communicating progress against measurable outcomes, not just features
- Monitoring market trends in UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS integrations
About You
You are a proactive, adaptable product leader who thrives in fast-changing environments and enjoys shaping both products and processes. You know how to turn customer problems into solutions that drive measurable impact and can navigate ambiguity with resourcefulness and creativity.Â
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- 3 to 5 plus years of product management experience in software or SaaS
- Experience in B2B products. B2B2B exposure is a plus
- Familiarity with communication platforms such as UCaaS, CCaaS, Telco, or SaaS integrations
- Strong ownership and agency. You are outcome-driven and proactive
- Adaptable and resourceful. You enjoy shaping processes as we grow
- Strong communicator who builds trust across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing markets, technology, and organizations
