We are looking for a Operations Coordinator - Wholesale (Parental leave cover) to join our team in Gothenburg HQ!

This is a parental leave coverage role for a minimum duration of one year.

As an integral part of our operations team, the Operations Coordinator plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting profitable growth across our wholesale order channels. This position goes beyond order management - it's about owning the end-to-end order lifecycle, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our wholesale partners. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple order flows including wholesale, samples, showroom, outlet/flash sales, and returns. Your ability to coordinate across departments, such as logistics, sales, and finance, will be crucial in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate data, and high partner satisfaction. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strategic mindset, and is confident in identifying opportunities for improvement within operational workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and maintain order data with precision.
• ARE YOU THE ONE?
• We seek someone with most of the following:
• An educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in order administration, business-to-business customer service, or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Minimum of one year’s experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Proven track record of managing B2B orders and providing outstanding customer support
• Proficiency in OMS/ERP-systems and Microsoft Office suite is a plus!
