Main Objective:
To test and investigate high voltage power supplies using automated test fixtures within a cell manufacturing environment, while providing hands-on support for general manufacturing activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional testing of high-voltage power supplies to meet specifications.
  • Complete test documentation in line with customer and quality system requirements.
  • Modify and upgrade assemblies and finished products as required.
  • Interpret and implement engineering changes accurately.
  • Identify and report quality or performance issues through non-conformance processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Test Equipment Design, and Sales to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on support for manufacturing activities, including basic mechanical assembly, component installation, and general production assistance.
  • Support and comply with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environmental) standards and initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficient in following test procedures and meeting standard test times.
  • Skilled in using oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.
  • Experience with high voltage testing and IPC-standard soldering/rework.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of high voltage testing methods is a strong advantage.
