Quality Check Specialist - Junior

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Quality Check Specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose Of The Role:

You’ll ensure the quality and accuracy of promotional and gaming content by performing QA checks, testing bonuses and freespins, and supporting new brand and project launches. Your work will help maintain a smooth, error-free player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on promotions, tournaments, and site banners
• Test bonuses and evaluate new bonus mechanics
• Coordinate with operators to clarify content-related issues
• Provide feedback and analysis on employee error rates
• Conduct QA reviews for new locales, projects, and brand launches
• Test freespins functionality and various bet levels
• Maintain documentation by outlining testing processes and methodologies in Confluence

Required Experience:

• Previous experience or training in QA
• Proficiency in both English and Russian, with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2)
• Strong stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Strong stress management skills
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
