The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of IT, you will deliver secure, reliable technology to support DTCC's global market infrastructure. The Business System Analyst drives operational insights, analyzes trends, builds actionable roadmaps, and develops clear EAS objectives. This role partners with stakeholders to refine requirements, identify improvements, guide solution execution, and support EAS programs, projects, and daily operational requests.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Drives insights from operational incidents, analyzes trends and creates actionable roadmap. 
• Assist on vision development and executions into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team. 
• Assist in providing analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by the business partners. 
• Manage relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on functional changes, including Senior staff. 
• Builds partnerships with multiple Stakeholders to influence requirements, identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into business solutions. 
• Support audit & regulatory needs for the team. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, MS Teams) 
• Working experience with Production Support Teams is a plus.  

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
