The Impact you will have in this role:

The Global Talent Acquisition Corporate Functional Lead is a senior member of DTCC’s Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for leading the strategic execution and optimization of global talent delivery across corporate functions. Reporting to the Managing Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role will oversee geo-based recruiting teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other HR COEs.

This individual will play a pivotal role in transforming DTCC’s recruitment capabilities to support the firm’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on hiring for corporate functions including Risk, Finance, Legal, Audit, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in recruiting for these domains and a proven ability to drive operational excellence in a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Delivery Optimization

  • Lead and develop geo-based recruiting teams to deliver consistent, high-quality talent acquisition services across global regions.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of global talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on corporate functions such as Risk, Finance, Legal, Audit, and HR.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment operations, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to optimize delivery and candidate experience.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Maintain high visibility and influence with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and execution of talent strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to regional teams on recruitment operations, process optimization, and talent delivery for corporate functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support key relocation, expansion, and organizational design initiatives.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Develop and share global recruiting best practices across the TA function and broader organization.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure DTCC’s recruiting practices remain competitive, inclusive, and aligned with evolving market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including:
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
  • 5+ years leading talent acquisition in a client-focused, service-oriented business.
  • 5+ years managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Proven experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Risk, Finance, Legal, Audit, and HR.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • In-house recruiting experience required; experience in a COE or matrixed environment strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
  • 5+ years leading talent acquisition in a client-focused, service-oriented business.
  • 5+ years managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
