OCI Security Products Group is building comprehensive product portfolios to protect customers’ cloud environments with innovative approaches and hyperscale efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for large-scale initiatives across multiple teams and disciplines within and beyond the Security Products org ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes. This includes program planning, execution, and governance across engineering, product, and security teams.
  • Define clear program scope, success metrics, timelines, and communication plans for complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Drive alignment and communication across engineering, product, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders. Influence architectural and security decisions by providing programmatic insights and risk assessments.
  • Anticipate and resolve cross-functional issues, mitigate risks proactively, and ensure program goals are met on time and with high quality
  • Manage stakeholder communication at all levels, including status reporting, executive reviews, and customer-facing updates through concise updates, dashboards, and reviews
  • Establish and improve program management processes to increase transparency, execution speed, and accountability
  • Partner with engineering leaders to continuously improve operational excellence, incident response, and program delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure, security, or distributed systems
  • Familiarity with public cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven success delivering secure, compliant, and highly available services at scale with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep into technical details and influence architectural and design decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of executive reporting and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a bias toward action and outcomes
  • Experience working in Agile environments and leading large-scale security or cloud infrastructure programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred 

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage the development and implementation process of company products involving departmental and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct program schedules and monitor budget/spending. Drive projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and maintenance. Organize, assign, track, and manage activities to ensure completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints, and where applicable provide technical support and direction.

Work can be non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills and project management methodologies in software development. Candidate will be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5+ years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Position will be located in Nashville, TN or Austin, TX.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
