What’S The Role?

An exciting opportunity is available for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our Cloud Engineering team. This role will be pivotal in driving execution of cloud initiatives, enabling smooth onboarding of customer applications onto our cloud platforms, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers. The RTE will act as a servant leader and program facilitator, guiding cloud delivery processes, removing impediments, and helping the team deliver value efficiently while simplifying complex organizational processes.

What do I need?

• Proven experience as an RTE, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead in a cloud or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure) and cloud migration/onboarding programs.
• Expertise with Jira and project management tools for tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (technical and business).
• Experience navigating complex organizational processes and simplifying them for delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and servant leadership practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe RTE or Agile Program Management certification.
• Prior experience in large-scale cloud transformation or application migration programs.
• Strong ability to influence and drive change across technical and business stakeholders.
