As a Vice President-Data Domain Architecture in Information Technology, you will design, implement, and oversee data platforms and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies, manage data governance, and optimize data workflows. Your leadership will ensure our data solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentor product teams on architecture initiatives
  • Set expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration
  • Anticipate dependencies with other teams to deliver data architecture solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and team activities in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
  • Oversee data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lifecycle processes
  • Foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the team
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data platform capabilities
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and data management policies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience in data architecture, data management, and platform implementation
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks
  • Advanced understanding of data architecture methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business units, technical teams, and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within large, matrixed organizations with multiple priorities and competing interests
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of building consensus, driving alignment, and resolving conflicts among cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and resilience; comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
