Join the Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention for Endpoint team—a fast-growing, mission-driven group building next-generation data security for millions of endpoint devices around the world. Our team is responsible for building unified, scalable and AI-powered capabilities that power data security for endpoint devices. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed and technically curious Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior PM, you’ll help define, execute and deliver capabilities that provide intelligent and secure protection experiences for enterprise users on endpoint devices at planet scale. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and partner to shape next-gen data security capabilities for endpoint devices.

Responsibilities
- Create and drive product area vision, strategy, success measures, and execution plan.
- Obsess over the customer, be informed by data, own the end-to-end experience, and deliver with agility and quality.
- Manage cross-team partnerships and relationships with engineering, design, research, and marketing in Microsoft Security as well as cross-organizational teams to establish a shared strategic framework, vision, plans, and roadmap.
- Lead planning, execution, and go-to-market efforts for new data security capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader Microsoft Security strategy and delivering measurable value to internal and external stakeholders - Represent Microsoft and the product internally and externally to customers and partners
Qualifications
Qualifications - Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a data security product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 5+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- 5+ years experience taking a data security product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements required for this role. These requirements include, but not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
