Job Description & Summary:

As Support Technician, you provide first-line technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to the application platform. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within an organization. This role involves coordinating various aspects of a project, including resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, to achieve specific goals and deliverables
• Proven experience in managing projects.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure Devops, Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead teams, facilitating collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of analyzing situations, identifying problems, and deriving effective solutions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Risk Management : Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
• Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritization of work.
• Ability to be actively involved in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.
