As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems often involving system development as well as process improvement, working with clients across the firm.

What You’Ll Do:

• Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals and technical solutions.
• Prepare and analyse process models and workflows, supporting the identification of inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Conduct analysis and research (e.g., systems, capabilities, feasibility studies, and impact assessments) to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and support quality checks to ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards.
• Contribute to the application and improvement of standardised business analysis processes and frameworks, promoting consistency and best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to implement solutions, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technical outcomes.
• Support and mentor less experienced business analysts, sharing knowledge and contributing to team development and delivery excellence.
• Apply responsible AI principles and leverage emerging technologies in analysis activities, supporting ethical, effective, and innovative outcomes in line with organisational standards.

What We’Re Looking For:

• Strong business analysis skills, including requirement elicitation, process modeling, and workflows, with knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experienced technical expert and first-level operational Team Leader, managing up to 10 team members to deliver results.
• Strong facilitation, workshop, and stakeholder communication skills, able to influence and contribute directly to solutions.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using judgment and experience, participate in large projects, and lead medium-scale projects with annual work prioritization.
