- Located in or near Pinkenba
- Prior experience within a contracting environment is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential building industry
- Trade qualified plastering experience will be very highly regarded
- Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

About The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will have the responsibility for performing all aspects of the onsite coordination of plasterboard installation processes ensuring safe, quality installation via a sub-contractor trade base as per the contracted procedures, specifications and timelines to our customers.
You will be required to coordinate the safe and profitable supply and installation of Knauf Plasterboard products and accessories to residential homes while ensuring compliance with the Knauf Interior Linings HSE system, Quality Management System, Knauf Plasterboard installation requirements and Australian Standards.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Ensure site safety for all stakeholders in accordance with Knauf’s safety management system (including employees, contractors, clients etc)
- Ensure subcontract works are carried out in accordance with the Quality Management System, Knauf Plasterboard installation recommendations and relevant Australian Standards
- Source, induct and train new subcontract labour in accordance with safety management and quality systems
- Manage existing contractors to ensure compliance with subcontract agreements
- Approve acceptable completion of subcontract works prior to payment of contractors
- Develop customer relationships and enhance the position of Knauf Linings
