We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Analytics to lead the company’s brand and digital analytics strategy. This leader will be responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of our website, social media, newsletters, and other brand-led channels, while connecting those insights directly to marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. The Senior Director will also oversee brand analytics, including share of voice, sentiment, competitive benchmarking, and analyst/media visibility. In addition, the role will guide the company’s Next-Gen Search & Discoverability strategy, ensuring visibility across traditional search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM-based search platforms. A core expectation is to apply an AI-first analytics approach, embedding predictive modeling, machine learning, and generative AI insights into marketing performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead the company’s marketing analytics framework, delivering dashboards and insights that connect brand marketing to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Measure and report on website performance, social media engagement, newsletters, and brand-led inquiries.
- Develop brand analytics capabilities, including share of voice, sentiment analysis, competitive benchmarking, and analyst/media visibility metrics.
- Integrate analytics across CRM, web, social, PR, and AR platforms to deliver a unified view of marketing contribution.
- Guide the company’s Next-Gen Search & Discoverability strategy, overseeing agency partners for traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM-based search discoverability.
- Champion an AI-first approach to analytics, leveraging predictive and generative AI to optimize reporting, identify trends, and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with services marketing, corporate communications, and creative teams to ensure analytics inform content strategy, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Deliver regular executive-level reporting and recommendations to the leadership team.
- 12–15+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital strategy within B2B technology, consulting, or enterprise services.
- Proven expertise in both digital and brand analytics, including share of voice, sentiment, competitive benchmarking, and media/analyst impact.
- Strong track record building dashboards, attribution models, and integrated performance frameworks across Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Tableau/Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing analytics directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Expertise in AI-driven analytics frameworks, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), LLM-based search discoverability, predictive modeling, and automation of reporting and insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior executives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally.
