Dredging: Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.
Job Purpose: Head of Section - Contracts Management & Proposal is responsible for leading contract management, outsourcing management, revenue forecasting, cost estimation, business case development, and sensitivity analysis for bids, as well as crafting and tracking proposals and NFAs for both internal and external revenue-generating projects.
Contract Management:
- Assist the Contract Manager with project cost estimation, business case preparation, sensitivity analysis for bids, and proposal follow-ups for revenue works.
Outsourcing Management:
- Contract negotiation, finalisation and administration
Proposal Development:
- Craft proposal strategies, create business case models in Excel, and manage proposal submissions and evaluations with input from various teams.
Business Case Modelling:
- Build interactive models for evaluating tenders and revenue works.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain client and partner relationships, ensuring proposals meet their needs. Strategize for client retention and proactive issue resolution.
Risk Management:
- Ensure proposals comply with standards and regulations, working with legal and tax teams. Apply quality control for accurate and professional proposals.
Digital Mindset:
- Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Team Development:
- Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.

Education Qualification:
- BE/BTech, MBA (finance) preferrable
