Associate Manager - QA

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards

Oversee the entire quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product testing

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing quality practices

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and minimize defects

Participate in supplier evaluations and quality assessments to maintain high standards across the supply chain

Act as the key point of contact for quality-related inquiries and communicate quality objectives to internal stakeholders

Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices to ensure the adoption of innovative quality control methods

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Master's degree in Quality Management or relevant discipline (preferred)

8-13 years of experience in quality assurance within the Copper industry

Proven track record of implementing quality control measures and driving process improvements

Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve quality objectives
