The Senior Marketing Services Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the hotel’s marketing initiatives, owning the annual Marketing Plan, and driving digital and revenue-generating marketing programs. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to ensure campaigns, collateral, and e-business initiatives are delivered effectively across all channels. 

Key Objectives Include:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the hotel’s annual Marketing Plan, including campaign strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive all digital marketing, e-commerce, and e-business initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and measurable results.
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns across print, digital, and on-property channels.
  • Manage marketing assets, collateral, and digital content to maintain brand standards and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze marketing and digital performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and market visibility through creative campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing programs with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the hotel’s annual Marketing Plan, providing detailed operational plans and concise executive-level summaries for leadership.                             
  • Lead management of the hotel’s e-business and digital distribution channels (langhamhotels.com/newyork, microsites, third-party platforms), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong performance.
  • Monitor and optimize all digital channels for engagement, conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Manage marketing assets, including collateral, photography, video content, and digital listings, to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue through e-gifting, online offers, and promotional programs.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Plan and execute creative initiatives, including photo and video shoots, aligned to brand standards.
  • Manage third-party marketing agencies to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends, business opportunities, and revenue growth initiatives.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Director of Marketing & Communications on PR and social media initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with operational marketing tasks within the small marketing team as needed.
  • Undertake other projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / PLATFORMS & EXPERIENCE

  • Drive Retail Web Revenue and track performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize Metasearch ROAS.
  • Manage and optimize Digital Marketing ROAS.
  • Adobe Analytics – EDM campaign management, conversion tracking, and analytics reporting.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud – manage CRM lists and campaign execution.
  • Maintain Brand Audit Standards (LHG & LQA).
  • Reputation Management & Content Score for public distribution platforms.
  • Optimize Google Listing impressions and traffic to Brand.com via YEXT.
  • Manage and collaborate with third-party agencies to ensure profitable and favorable outcomes.
  • Plan and execute photo/video shoots to brand standards.
  • Budget management and adherence.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • EDUCATION REQUIRED
  •  4-year degree

Experience Required

  •  Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably with a premium or luxury brand.
  • Proven ability to own and execute marketing plans, manage digital platforms, and deliver measurable results.

Rate of pay: $90,000 - $100,000/annual
