- JOB TITLE: Food & Beverage Office Manager
- REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
- SUPERVISES: Food & Beverage Supervisors
Primary Objective Of Position:
Organizes and oversees the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits.
Responsibilities And Job Duties:
- Outlets payroll,
- ADP, Daily Tips and biweekly payroll, HRAFs
- Attendance tracking for colleagues in all F&B Outlets
- Training manuals for outlets
- Outlets Beverage Inventory
- Programing for F&B Outlets
- Assisting guests with Restaurant, Bar, and special events reservations
- Menu Uploading, working Social Media Team to ensure up to date menu
- Menu printing, development
- Micros programming
- Purchasing, menu paper, office supplies
- Organization of the F&B office and heart of the house areas
- Assisting Private Kitchen with amenities, VIP special requests/purchases
- Working with Executive Chef
- Assisting with Media Events
- Special purchases
- Kitchen Ordering
- Culinary Team ADP
- Assisting Director of Guest Relations and other departments with guest needs before and during their stay
- Assisting Hotel Manager and the Executive Team with various Food and Beverage needs
- Assisting with hourly colleague duties as needed
- Room Service Order Taker.
- Restaurant and Pavilion Host.
- Assisting as a MOD for All F&B Outlets
- ADP, Daily Tips and biweekly payroll, HRAFs
- Assisting with Media Events
- Special purchases

Physical Demands
- Requires lifting of 20 pounds with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing 10 pounds. Walking and standing are required to a significant degree. Physical activities include walking, talking, seeing, hearing, reaching, stooping, fingering, feeling, grasping, holding, bending, lifting and carrying.
- Requires the use of body members, hand tools, and or special devices to work, move, or carry objects of materials.
Special Skills Required:
- Considerable skill in complex mathematical calculations without error.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to move throughout all food and beverage areas and hospitality suites and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Hearing, smelling, tasting and visual ability to observe and distinguish product quality and detect signs of emergency situations.
Education Required:
High school diploma required. Culinary, sales and service background required. College degree in related field preferred.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage Management in an upper upscale or luxury hotel.
Licenses Or Certificates:
No special licenses required.
