Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in an accounting firm or in multinational companies.
- Experience with tax or audit filing within LATAM and Canada region.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support Latam and Canada regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics.
- 3 years of experience in Finance (Accounting and Taxes), Compliance, Finance Operations, etc.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing and accounting rules in LATAM.
- Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP).
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, and changing team.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
Responsibilities
- Perform profit and loss and balance sheet analysis to support month end close process, providing Month-over-Month (MoM), Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ), and Year-over-Year (YoY) analysis for both, US and Local books. Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and statutory financial statements according to IFRS. Review and approve reconciliations, and resolve open items.
- Participate in ongoing policy, system and control improvements to ensure Sox and Local Compliance. Review and post entries including intercompany transactions, interest on loans, etc. complying with local statutory and tax regulations.
- Guide the business to mitigate risk, support high quality decision making and help build the financial infrastructure to scale in support of the business.
- Manage Separate Financial Statements (SFS) Audit deliverables, external audit management and follow up.
