Who You Are
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Manager to lead the charge in attracting, hiring, and developing top-tier talent across our organization. This role is ideal for a proactive, AI-fluent sourcing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both talent acquisition and long-term people development.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing pipeline for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles, while also laying the groundwork for scalable talent development and people experience programs. This role will grow into a key partner in shaping our culture, team and leadership capabilities, and employee engagement strategies.
Role’S Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid, senior and executive-level roles (e.g., Directors, VPs, SVPs, General Managers) and technical recruiting across all levels.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using AI tools, Boolean searches, social platforms, and talent intelligence software.
- Strengthen our employer brand through strategic content and presence on relevant channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, streamline hiring processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Optimize our ATS and recruitment tech stack to enable data-informed hiring decisions.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines aligned with current and future organizational needs.
- Design and deliver recruitment training for hiring managers and interview teams.
- Track and generate key recruitment metrics for weekly dashboards, and make informed recommendations to leadership.
Talent Development & People Experience (30%)
- Design and implement scalable learning and development programs focused on individual strengths, team performance, and leadership growth.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins and provide coaching to support new hire integration and success.
- Use AI and analytics to identify development needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Contribute to a holistic People Experience strategy, including onboarding, performance enablement, and engagement.
- Champion continuous learning and strengths-based culture across the company.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, especially for senior and niche roles.
- Proficient in AI-driven recruiting tools and automation in talent management.
- Solid knowledge of talent development, leadership programs, and performance frameworks.
- Experienced with HR tech platforms (ATS, LMS, HRIS – e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Learning, PrismHR).
- Well-versed in employment law, compliance, and equitable hiring practices.
- Skilled in People Experience strategies: onboarding, engagement, career growth, and mobility.
- Advanced in sourcing techniques: Boolean, mapping, passive outreach, and AI tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and inform strategy.
- Proven ability to scale recruitment and L&D programs in fast-growing or global settings.
- Ability to embed AI and automation into workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Education & Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring senior-level talent, across all business units at high-growth companies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong LinkedIn network, with a track record of creating engaging content to attract talent, promote employer brand, and drive candidate engagement.
- Experience in Talent Development or People Experience programs is a strong plus.
- Proficient in AI sourcing and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in building and executing leadership or L&D programs preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to drive decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Note: This role requires hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office) in White Plains, NY.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
