About The Role:

The Product Manager/Operations Lead is responsible for developing products by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, and generating product requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs and the voice of the customer, serving as a bridge between design/business teams and technical activities to deliver exceptional products. The Product Manager will participate in both strategic activities aligning the product roadmap with business goals and tactical activities working with development teams to manage backlogs and clarify user stories, product vision, and specifications. Expertise in the healthcare provider domain and technical development is essential.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop products by identifying potential opportunities and conducting comprehensive market research
  • Generate detailed product requirements, determine specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
  • Represent the true voice of the customer and understand the needs of the business
  • Communicate effectively with design and business teams to align technical activities
  • Participate in strategic activities to align the product roadmap with business goals
  • Engage in tactical activities with the development team to manage backlogs and clarify user stories
  • Define product vision and specifications clearly for all stakeholders
  • Understand customer issues and pain points, defining features and functionality that provide solutions
  • Translate product requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders and development teams
  • Aid in decision-making processes related to product development and delivery
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning
  • Manage product pricing and financial planning activities
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics

Required Professional Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Product Management principles and best practices
  • People Management experience and strong leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and represent the customer perspective
  • Extensive Product Development experience
  • Strong Requirements Analysis capabilities
  • Experience with Pricing strategies and models
  • Strategic Planning and execution skills
  • Competitive Analysis expertise
  • Financial Planning and budgeting experience

  • SAFe Agile Certification required

  • Experience working on federal healthcare projects
  • Background in government contracting environments
  • Experience with the customer or other federal healthcare programs
  • Advanced data analysis and metrics tracking capabilities
  • User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design knowledge

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SAFe Agile Certification required
  • Proven experience in product management roles
  • Healthcare provider domain experience strongly preferred
