Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support and warranty process support to the dealer technicians. That includes managing technical dealer tickets, sometimes trouble shooting on site including process training, to ensure best in class customer satisfaction
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution, and assessment.
- Work together with the level 2 technical support in Europe and China.
- Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
- Work closely together with the quality department
- Performa on site support during product launches, fairs and other events where product support is required. Also direct AS support for insurance rating projects is part of the responsibility
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background including all relevant certificates to work on high voltage vehicles.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
