About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our organisation as an Administration Trainee.

 This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in a professional office environment. You will be supported to complete a Certificate III in Business while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Trainee, you will:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as required
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be eager to learn and grow within a professional environment
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Be eligible to undertake a traineeship (not currently holding a Certificate III or higher in Business)
