Purpose Of Position
We are hiring two positions.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
This position will support student success initiatives through thoughtful data analysis and visualization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
- Develop readable tables, charts, and visualizations that track student engagement and outcomes
- Collaborate with supervisors to interpret findings and connect insights to inform student success strategies
- Present data in clear, engaging formats suited to audiences ranging from staff to leadership teams
- Support the creation of dashboards, infographics, and story-driven reports highlighting key trends
- Assist with longitudinal tracking and reporting to guide planning and evaluation
Minimum Requirements
- Strong analytical and visualization skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in an accessible way
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to feedback
- Eager to learn and collaborate in a mission-driven environment
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a program such as data science, education, public health, economics, or a related field
- Experience with student success metrics, institutional data, or research projects
- Understanding of equity-focused evaluation methods and practices
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, Python, or SPSS
