Occupational Therapist - Homecare (Part-Time, Benefits Eligible)

Description

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (20 patients/week requirement) to join our growing Homecare team. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain independence in their homes, we want to hear from you!

Plainview / Hicksville Region | $54k–$70k | Homecare | Part-Time w/ benefits

What You’Ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home settingDevelop and update individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians
• Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required)
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families
• Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area

Requirements

• NYS Occupational Therapy License (required)
• Homecare experience preferred (mentorship & training provided if new to home health)
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and strong communication skills
